LifeSpring Global Foundation has published its Code of Conduct and Ethics, a foundational document that outlines the behavioural expectations for all staff, volunteers, and partners working with the organisation.

The code covers key principles including integrity, confidentiality, respect, non-discrimination, and compliance with Ghanaian laws and international human-rights norms. It is designed to foster a culture of accountability and professionalism across all of LifeSpring Global Foundation's operations.

All team members are required to read, understand, and sign the Code as a condition of engagement with the organisation.
