Our programmes primarily target women and girls in marginalised communities across Ghana, with a special focus on those living with disabilities. Specific initiatives target adolescent girls, young women aged 12–18, rural women, and young mothers.
We track measurable outcomes against clear targets. By 2030 we aim to: empower 10,000 girls with menstrual hygiene education; train 2,000 girls in leadership; reach 15,000 students with anti-SGBV education; equip 1,500 girls with digital and climate-smart skills; and support 500 rural women to start income ventures. Progress is reported in our annual and research reports.
While our headquarters and primary operations are in Tamale and the Northern Region, our advocacy and research work has national reach. We are actively expanding programme delivery to other regions of Ghana.
We welcome partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, private-sector organisations, and international bodies that share our commitment to gender equality and community development. Please contact us at info@lifespring-global.org or call +233 50 610 4218 to discuss partnership opportunities.
